Refund and Cancellation Policy

TRAVEL CANCELLATION POLICIES AND FEES.

Understanding and adhering to the cancellation policies of both the third-party travel supplier (Supplier) and Be Relaxed Destinations/Food & Wine Lovers Travel is the customer’s responsibility. These policies can be reviewed on the Supplier’s website. If you choose to cancel your travel plans, your eligibility for a refund will be governed by both the Supplier’s terms and Be Relaxed Destinations/Food & Wine Lovers Travels’ policies, with refunds being processed directly by Be Relaxed Destinations/Food & Wine Lovers Travel. Note that both parties reserve the right to modify their cancellation policies at any time, and cancellations must comply with agency revenue protection guidelines.

Be Relaxed Destinations/Food & Wine Lovers Travel reserves the right to consider your booking canceled if payment is not received on time, which will invoke applicable cancellation penalties from both Be Relaxed Destinations and the Supplier. These penalties are outlined in your travel documentation, on the Supplier’s website, and at www.berelaxeddestinations.com. All associated fees will be charged to the credit card you authorized for payment of travel services or deducted from any refund issued by the Supplier. Additionally, Be Relaxed Destinations/Food & Wine Lovers Travel may impose a change fee.

State laws concerning cancellations and refunds will apply where relevant.

We strongly recommend purchasing a Travel Protection Plan that covers various contingencies including trip cancellation/interruption, job loss protection, emergency medical evacuation/transportation, travel accidents/sickness medical expenses, trip delays/costs due to supplier default, lost baggage/personal effects among others. Travel insurance should be secured through third-party providers at the time of booking your travel arrangements. It is crucial that you review these coverage options carefully as it remains your responsibility to purchase appropriate coverage directly from these third-party suppliers.
